Supper for Today, 1876, in a London Townhouse

  • Roast Boned Leg of Mutton – bone hole filled with minced veal and brown gravy
  • Partridges – with gravy
  • Vegetables – turnips cut into faniful shapes, boiled in a weak broth, served with a white sauce and toast sippets
  • Custard Pudding – made with cream , nutmeg, and lemon peal

60’s pea-coat with knit bow detail.

DSquared Fall/Winter runway shows big chunky knit scarves pinned closed with broaches and oversized beret hats.

Not a lot of knitwear elsewhere. Burberry had a few cowl scarf loops.
