Eastercon

Eastercon was a blast!

Panels are so much more intellectual in this part of the world, and the bickering is a hoot. Had a marvelous time nattering and swilling tea and nattering and swilling more tea. Am loosing my voice and sloshing slightly.

Here’s my first panel discussing the monarchy trope in fantasy, taken by an audience member.

And here I am with fans havign crashed the author signing room.

After panels and food and company and more panels I ended up at the bridge-like bar swilling Pims with the irrepressible James (congratz on 4 Hugo noms) and company. That boy knows everyone and turns up everywhere. Such a bad penny. I want to be him when I grow up.

I suggest that you ought to stop by Eastercon should you ever be afforded the opportunity.

Posts are going to come in fits and starts, I’m afraid. My internet connections are troubled. And now, I’m off to London proper!

Oh, one more thing before I go. British breakfast! SQUEEEEE! I forgot how very much I adored thee.
