Okay, there needs to be a tea called “Dragon’s Tongue”!
Green tea with mint is my go-to in the local cafes when a friend and I visit the local market, as I don’t like coffee or black tea, so minty green tea (steeped for maybe a minute?) is really quite refreshing in this summer heat.
Oh, and when might we expect “The Enforcer Enigma”?
Our local market has a nice big tea stall, and most of it is organic. 🙂 Lannemezan in Haute-Pyrenees for future reference.
